By accessing or using the Heartwood Registry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease using the registry immediately.
While Heartwood performs rigorous primary source verification, we do not guarantee the ongoing clinical performance or specific patient outcomes of listed individual providers. Users agree to independently verify provider standing before initiating care.
Users agree to submit truthful information during directory interactions and maintain respectful communication. Automated scraping, data extraction, or attempts to compromise platform security are express violations of these terms.
Heartwood shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on directory listings or third-party care outcomes. Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Heartwood in the preceding twelve months.
Practitioners retain ownership of their proprietary clinical logos and trademarks, while granting Heartwood a perpetual, non-exclusive license to publish verified profile data within the registry.
Heartwood reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by updating the last modified date. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
